5. How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
- If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@craftisans.co. Once the order is shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
6. How Do I Cancel An Order?
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@craftisans.co. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.
Unexpected Delays
While most orders (99% of orders) arrive within the standard timeframe, certain circumstances beyond our control may occasionally extend delivery times up to 75 days (international customs processing, holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc).
